IMAP 1st PART - Innovation Management Metrics
During the 1st part of the Program participants will engage in learning about simple metrics and case studies that will enhance their understanding of various Innovation Management Metrics:

> Communicating Innovation Goals and Metrics
> Building an Innovation Culture
> Mapping the Innovation Process
> Making Good Things Work Better
> Assessing Innovation Outcomes

IMAP 2nd PART - The IMP³rove Assessment
During the 2nd part of the Program participants will assess their innovation performance across the multiple dimensions of Innovation Management covered in the IMP³rove Assessment (³rove-assessment):

> Innovation Strategy
> Innovation Organization and Culture
> Innovation Lifecycle Processes
> Enabling Factors
> Innovation Results

Participants will complete the IMP³rove Assessment with the assistance of an IMAP Facilitator who is an accredited IMP³rove consultant
>> Participants need to have their laptops for IMAP 2nd Part to access the IMP³rove platform and complete the Assessment that will allow them to receive the IMP³rove Benchmarking Report and participate in the IMP³rove Contest

>> Two or more participants from the same company will receive a 10% discount

Ms. Zeina A. El-Khoury is the Chairman - General Manager of STRAT Associates s.a.l and an accredited IMP³rove consultant with over 14 years of experience in the business and academic sectors. She holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Suliman S. Olayan School of Business at the American University of Beirut (AUB), with an emphasis on strategic management and marketing.
